Un 10 de noviembre del a\u00f1o 2011 nace el Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda (TIFM) como un sue\u00f1o del Comandante Hugo Ch\u00e1vez para ejercer actos de soberan\u00eda y ejercicio efectivo del Gobierno dentro del espacio geogr\u00e1fico insular y mar\u00edtimo de la Rep\u00fablica Bolivariana de Venezuela integrando el espacio que circunda los Archipi\u00e9lagos Las Aves, La Orchila y Los Roques como sede de Gobierno, los cuales impactan a las personas que los visitan con sus hermosas tonalidades de azules.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

Desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad ha sido un ente al servicio del pueblo que apuesta por el futuro pr\u00f3spero y productivo de esta regi\u00f3n insular que a pesar de mantenerse distanciada de tierra firme siempre ha recibido el abrazo protector de la Revoluci\u00f3n Bolivariana dando garant\u00eda de la justicia y equidad social.<\/p>

El Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda, es una divisi\u00f3n administrativa de las Dependencias Federales de Venezuela (la primera creada con el rango de territorio insular) que integra el sector central de las mismas (archipi\u00e9lagos de Los Roques, La Orchila y Las Aves). <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

El espacio que corresponde al Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda, est\u00e1 comprendido dentro de una poligonal para cuya determinaci\u00f3n se tomar\u00e1n en cuenta los siguientes linderos: A partir del l\u00edmite mar\u00edtimo internacional con los Pa\u00edses Bajos al norte de Cabo San Rom\u00e1n, se contin\u00faa por el l\u00edmite al norte de los Archipi\u00e9lagos Las Aves, Los Roques y La Orchila, incluyendo el espacio correspondiente a la Zona Econ\u00f3mica Exclusiva desde donde se contin\u00faa en direcci\u00f3n suroeste hasta la l\u00ednea de costa en el l\u00edmite entre los estados Vargas y Miranda, en la desembocadura del r\u00edo Chuspa. Desde este punto se contin\u00faa en direcci\u00f3n oeste por la l\u00ednea de costa de los estados Vargas, Aragua, Carabobo, Yaracuy y Falc\u00f3n hasta llegar a Cabo San Rom\u00e1n en la Pen\u00ednsula de Paraguan\u00e1. Los tres archipi\u00e9lagos fueron parte del Territorio Federal Col\u00f3n entre 1871 y 1908 y han formado parte de las Dependencias Federales desde su creaci\u00f3n en la d\u00e9cada de 1930, en 1990 se cre\u00f3 una autoridad \u00fanica de \u00e1rea para Los Roques, previamente se hab\u00edan realizado varios intentos para reorganizar las dependencias federales islas de Venezuela en su mayor\u00eda en el mar Caribe, no fue sino hasta la promulgaci\u00f3n de una nueva ley org\u00e1nica de las Dependencias Federales y territorios insulares en 2011 donde se posibilit\u00f3 su creaci\u00f3n.<\/p>

La nueva ley estableci\u00f3 la capacidad del poder ejecutivo nacional para crear territorios insulares agrupando islas de las Dependencias Federales.<\/p>

\u00a0El 15 de octubre de 2011 el gobierno de Venezuela emiti\u00f3 un decreto con rango, valor y fuerza de ley org\u00e1nica que cre\u00f3 una nueva legislaci\u00f3n para las Dependencias Federales, y estableci\u00f3 la aparici\u00f3n de figuras jur\u00eddicas nuevas como los jefes de gobierno y los territorios insulares. El Territorio Insular Francisco de Miranda est\u00e1 formado por tres grupos de islas, el Archipi\u00e9lago Las Aves al este de la isla neerlandesa de Bonaire, al norte de la costa del Estado Aragua y que es b\u00e1sicamente formada por un complejo de arrecifes (atolones) conocidos como Aves de Sotavento y Aves de Barlovento (no debe confundirse con la Isla de Aves mucho m\u00e1s al norte, cerca de Dominica) con 8 islas mayores y 12 islas o cayos menores con una altura m\u00e1xima de 16 metros sobre el nivel del mar.<\/p>

El Archipi\u00e9lago Los Roques, entre las Aves y La Orchila y al norte del Estado Vargas (La Guaira), donde se concentra la mayor\u00eda de la poblaci\u00f3n, parque nacional desde 1972 y donde est\u00e1 la capital del territorio (Gran Roque) tambi\u00e9n un complejo de Arrecifes con al menos 42 islotes o cayos, 250 bancos de arena y con una altura m\u00e1xima de 120 metros sobre el Nivel del Mar.<\/p>

Y finalmente el Archipi\u00e9lago de La Orchila a veces conocido simplemente con Isla La Orchila una serie de islas de formaciones arrecifales donde se encuentra un base de la Armada y el ej\u00e9rcito de Venezuela conformada por una isla principal y 6 cayos o islotes m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os al este de Los Roques y al norte del Estado Vargas.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
